FLAIRCOM is a business service solution provider based in Lagos, that has provided Oracle and windows based solutions to a variety of clients both in the public and private sectors in Nigeria. We are also into corporate training for various corporate bodies and clientele.

Our Management Team

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Abayomi Olayinka graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc Mathematics and has an M.Sc in Computer Science. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics and has attended several courses in Accounting, Information Technology, Banking, Taxation etc. He attended mortgage finance program at Wharton Business school in the University of Pennsylvania.

He has over 27 years working experience in System Development and has several solutions developed on Oracle platform to his credit. He has vast experience in Banking, Management Consulting and real estate construction business. He is an HR consultant and a mortgage broker who has packaged loans for several individuals and corporate bodies in the real estate business.

He is currently on the faculty of a good number of reputable institutions and training firms – including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Flame Consulting and Nigeria Computer Society.

He is a Past President of Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, a former Member of council of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Member of the Institute of directors. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation. He also distinguished himself as a former member of the council of Nigeria Computer Society in which he is a Fellow of the Society. He is also a member of Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria. He is a founding member of the Board of Nigeria Internet Registration Association (managers of .ng). He is on the Board of some companies.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Julius A. Ajayi is a graduate of Computer Science with extensive experience in the computer industry and strong emphasis on project management processes in areas such planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve project goals software. Mr. Julius Ajayi armed with a Postgraduate diploma in Financial Management and Master of Business Administration in Information Technology has to his credit the successful implementation of the various projects in the following institution:

Nigerian Printing and Minting Company Plc, Aero Contractors Company Limited, Central Bank of Nigeria, Roads Nigeria Plc, Animal Care Konsult Limited, Safetrust savings and Loans Limited and information technology solution for Inventory Control management for Oyo state Water Corporation Ibadan in 1995..

Training, Research and Development: Julius Ajayi was the research team leader that developed the various Oracle, Microsoft Office curriculum, SCO Unix operating system and prepared manuals on Oracle Developers course, Oracle Designer/2000 courses, Oracle Data Administration, Complete Microsoft Office, Windows '95 and '98 operating system. He also wrote manual on SCO UnixWare operating System, Windows and Oracle.

These manuals were used to conduct trainings for various companies among these are: United Bank for Africa Plc, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Lion Bank of Nigeria Plc, National Data Bank, Oyo State Water Corporation, Nigeria Telecommunication Limited (NITEL), First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Trans International Plc, Diamond Bank Limited, Raw Materials Research and Development Council, Globe Reinsurance Company Limited, Magnum Trust Bank Limited and The Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company Plc.

Julius Ajayi was a Project Leader of the software team that designed an Election Management System and Examination Management System. Human Resources Management System: Julius Ajayi was co-developer of a Human Resource Management System that has been implemented and is still in use at the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company Plc, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Aero Contactors Limited, Animal Care Services Konsult Limited and some reputable organisation.

Mr. Julius Ajayi also installed Oracle 6, Oracle 7, Oracle8, Oracle8i and Oracle9i on various Servers and worked as support staff to various customers as Database Administrator.

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT
Orji Udemezue is a professional trainer, chartered banker, and financial and management consultant with over 18 years work experience. Orji is an expert in training and development especially in the areas of Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, Business Process Improvements, General Management, Leadership Development, and Personal Development.

Orji’s experience in training started with the faculty membership of the well-respected Guaranty Trust Bank training school, upon joining the bank in 1999. As a Professional Trainer, Orji has facilitated various training programmes for financial institutions, banking regulatory bodies, blue chip firms, emerging corporates, and other private and public organizations both in Nigeria and within Africa.

Orji is currently on the faculty of a good number of reputable institutions and training firms – including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN); the Risk Managers Association of Nigeria (RIMAN); the Centre for Values in Leadership, CVL (founded by Prof. Pat Utomi); Institute for Work & Family Integration (IWFI), among many others.

He is a Fellow of the Institute for Credit Administration (ICA) and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), and the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).

Orji has attended several local and international training programmes, seminars, workshops, and conferences. He brings a deep well of experience in every learning and development assignment he undertakes. He is happily married with children. He has a deep love for humanity.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sarah Mallum a graduate of University of Jos, who has first degree in History & International studies and also a diploma in Law. She has attended several courses in marketing and Banking. She has over 7 years working experience in mortgage creation and estate property sales and she is a facilitator at several organizations in the area of marketing and sales creation.

TRAINING MANAGER
Nwamaka Ifyede has five years of experience in business solicitation and growth strategies, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Jos in Nigeria. She is a Social Entrepreneur and an active volunteer with a plethora for Non-Governmental Organizations including the largest youth run organization in the world, where she previously served as the Head of Business development in the National office in Lagos Nigeria.

While working as a Business Development Executive for AIESEC in Nigeria, she has helped in developing Strategies and Models that has improved the Organization’s profitability, External relations and Member participation & involvement across fifteen (15) regional offices, in fifteen states in Nigeria. She used to work as a financial adviser in a leading insurance company in Nigeria. Esther has special interest in International Business, Youth Entrepreneurship and Human Capital Development.

FINANCE CONSULTANT
Adesola F. Awolola is a graduate of Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, with over 25 years of professional experience in Audit, Taxations and Financial Advisory.

Over the periods, Sola was at a point seconded to Eleganza Industries Limited to serve as the internal auditors that spanned over 18months, while in Hamzat Subair, Folami & Co. He also served as project accountant while in Coopers and Lybrand under the World Bank Assisted Project on drainage under the Lagos State Ministry of environment. He had also carried out investigations among various other professional assignments.

He worked as the Chief Accountant of Niger Benue Transport Company Ltd an indigenous Marine Company between 2000 and 2007.

PeoplesMan (HR & Payroll System)
The most valuable asset of any organization is its staffs. In view of this, Peoples Man allows organisations to manage its staff related data. This system takes care of the staff records from the date of employment, through to the date of retirement or disengagement, while keeping track of the staff’s promotion/demotion, career advancement and welfare.
Integrated with it, is a payroll system which has unique features that identifies each staff member and appropriate staff grouping is in place to eliminate duplication of records and enhance efficiency and productivity. It also has imaging and biometrics facilities to capture and manage signatures and photographs of staffs and their next-of-kin.
PeoplesMan can be integrated with any accounting package that runs on RDBMS.

Aviation Management System
The Aviation Management System software is designed to help an airline company to manage its flight operations (air services). The flights module keeps track of flight reservations, passengers manifest and details of flights per cabin crew member and pilot.
The accounts module is the heart of the system. It co-ordinates the cash flows of the organisation and appropriate reports can be generated for ease of management decision taking. The AMS allows for easy acquisition and management of fixed assets and inventory which is liked with the appropriate purchasing and costing module.

Farm Management System.(FMS)
Farming is essential for the sustainability of any community. Hence, its proper management is essential. The FMS is a package that allows proper management of any farming system. Complete with asset management, accounting system, stock management and human resource & payroll system, FMS is designed to meet any of your farm management needs.
It also keeps track of stock and enables ease of computation of productivity of each farm hand.

SafeBanking System
We have safebank banking solution which is an on-line and real time solution developed and deployed on oracle platform being used in some Mortgage and Micro finance banks. It has all the features of a modern banking application and we are developing an upgrade which will have the features of cloud computing.

Electronic Payment
On this platform various electronic solutions have been developed and interface with the various payment platforms for ease of customers for effective delivery of goods

Asset Management System.
This is a fixed asset and stock management solution which enables management to have proper reorder level for various stocks of materials in use. It also enables ease of identification of assets and allocation of resources for better utilisation of assets.

Security System (SS)
Security is a very sensitive issue, especially in view of recent security scares in our environment. The security system is designed to address these issues. The Security System handles fingerprints, photographs and signatures of suspects and any other relevant information. It is currently being used by one of the Security agencies.

Health Management System (HMS)
This is a system that fully integrates patient records with financial management system and also has access to identified Health Management Service provider. The patient bills which include consultation, medication, admission etc are fully integrated into the billing system and receipt issued when payments are made by patients. The system is also tailored to monitor the time spent in the hospital by the patients through the use of biometrics. The processing System ensures different levels of transaction authorisation can be in place and utilised in the application.

School Management System (SMS)
Education imparts knowledge to individuals, and it is a continuous process. Any organisation rendering educational services or training is assured of a favourable experience. With its accounting system, student management system, Hr & payroll system, and imaging system, SMS is a complete system designed to ease the management of any educational/training institution. The payments by the student can be inter-phased with various payment platforms and domiciled in the collecting Banks.
